§ 6-58. Agency designated.

Pursuant to the provisions of the state electrical code, in accordance with section 8a of Public Act No. 230 of 1972 (MCL 125.1508a), the building official of the city is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibilities of the city under Public Act No. 230 of 1972 (MCL 125.1501 et seq.). The city assumes the responsibility for administration and enforcement of said Act throughout its corporate limits.
