§ 38-25. Meter service charges.

(a)

Residential consumers of water in the city shall pay meter charges for each three calendar month period as set forth in the schedule of fees adopted by the council.

(b)

Industrial and high volume commercial consumers of water in the city shall pay a meter service charge for each calendar month as set forth in the schedule of fees adopted by the council.

The former § 38-25 pertained to payment due, penalty, and discontinuance of service for failure to pay, and derived from § 2.156 of the 1969 Code; § 26-20 of the 1977 Code; and Ord.
