§ 4-3. Enforcement; hindering.

  • (a)

    The animal control officer, his authorized representative and each member of the police department shall have the power to enforce the provisions of this chapter and issue citations for violations thereof.

    (b)

    No person shall obstruct, resist, hinder or oppose the animal control officer, his authorized representative, or any law enforcement officer in the discharge of his duties under the provisions of this chapter.
