§ 4-2. Penalties.

(a)

Any person violating any provision of this chapter, except as otherwise provided, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25.00.

(b)

Any person convicted of owning, harboring or having custody of any domestic animal contrary to the requirements of division 4 of article II of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $50.00.
