§ 42-56. Adoption of state Marine Safety Act.

Latest version.

Part 802 of Public Act No. 451 of 1994 (MCL 324.80201 et seq.), is hereby adopted to apply in the city, such adoption being by reference thereto. The city clerk shall make available for inspection by and distribution to the public, printed copies of the aforesaid Act.
