§ 40-94. Certain refuse containers to be screened.

It is required that refuse containers, other than single-family and two-family uses, shall be screened from view from any public right-of-way or adjacent residential use. Screening shall consist of a solid wall or fence and live landscape material with a minimum height of 72 inches.
