§ 36-151. Exceptions to application of article provisions.

The provisions of this article shall not apply to any vehicle stored in an enclosed building, a vehicle stored, left or placed for a period not to exceed 30 days on the premises of a business enterprise operated in a lawful place and manner, when necessary to the operation of such business enterprise or a vehicle in an appropriate storage place or depository maintained in a lawful place and manner by the city.
