§ 36-1. Application of traffic laws to school grounds.

Pursuant to Public Act No. 175 of 1958 (MCL 257.961) and pursuant to the request of the city school district as set forth in a certain resolution of the Gibraltar School District dated March 8, 1971, the city council does thereby designate that this chapter shall apply with full force and effect to all properties of the city school district as same pertains to the operation of motor vehicles, parking without fees and speed of motor vehicles.
