§ 30-51. Construction of sidewalks required.

The city recognizes that a comprehensive and interconnected sidewalk network will protect and promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of the city and its residents. To that end, under certain circumstances, a property owner shall be required of construct sidewalks in accordance with this section 30-51 through section 30-56.
