§ 30-37. Penalties.

Failure to obtain plan approval or to comply with the directions of the engineer's office or the building inspector, including failure to follow approved plans, is a municipal civil infraction, subject to fines up to $500.00 for each day a violation exists. The person in whose name the permit is issued is responsible for any and all noncompliance issues.
