§ 22-429. Falsely personating public officers.

  • Any person who falsely assumes or pretends to be an officer or employee of this city, and shall take upon himself to act as such, or to require any person to aid and assist him in any matter pertaining to his duties, or shall falsely take upon himself to act or officiate in any office or place of authority, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
