Whenever any words and phrases used in this chapter are not defined, but are defined
in the Michigan Penal Code (MCL 750.1 et seq.), any such definition therein shall
be deemed to apply to such words and phrases used herein. Further the rule of construction
established by the Michigan Penal Code shall be deemed to apply to this chapter.
Public place,
as used in this chapter, means any street, alley, park, public building, any place
of business or assembly open to or frequented by the public, and any other place which
is open to the public view, or to which the public has access.
