§ 18-72. Administrator.

(a)

The city engineer or his designee shall be responsible for administering the provisions of this division.

(b)

The duties and responsibilities of the administrator of this division shall include, but not be limited to:

(1)

Review of properties adjacent to Lake Erie, its tributaries or canals to ascertain whether owners of such properties have complied with the requirements of this division;

(2)

Notification in writing of the owners of property which are not in compliance with the requirements of this division of said noncompliance;

(3)

Directing the department of public works to enter the premises and correct any deficiencies in compliance with this division, and to supervise the construction or other work so required, and to supply the necessary plans and design for that purpose.
