§ 14-22. Application to emergency vehicles and permitted sound trucks.

This article shall not apply to emergency vehicles or those vehicles emitting a warning sound for the protection of the public safety, or to a sound truck operating pursuant to a written permit obtained from the city clerk for a specified date and hour, as for political campaign for elective office.
