§ 8-223. Solicitations; time, place, manner restrictions.

Solicitations under this article for any purpose shall only be conducted during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Before each day in which solicitation is to be conducted, the person who holds the solicitation permit as described in this article shall inform the chief of police of the city of the names of each person who will be participating in the solicitation on that particular day. Such person shall also indicate to the chief of police the locations at which each person will conduct the solicitation.
