§ 6-179. Adoption of the International Property Maintenance Code, 2015 Edition.

The 2015 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code promulgated by the International Code Council, Inc. (ICC) is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Gibraltar, by reference, and together with all of its provisions, except where otherwise provided herein, both procedural and substantive, related to its regulation of buildings and structure, both private and non-private, and all terms and conditions contained therein, including the provisions for penalties, the same as fully set forth herein together with all additions, insertions, deletions, and amendments prescribed herein, all in accordance with the standards set forth in said Code.
