§ 6-163. Agency designated.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan Plumbing Code, in accordance with section 8a of Public Act No. 230 of 1972 (MCL 125.1508a), the building official of the city is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibilities of the city under such Act. The city assumes the responsibility for administration and enforcement of the Act throughout its corporate limits.
