§ 6-481. Permit required for construction or alteration; exemption.

(a)

On and after the effective date the ordinance from which this article is derived, November 6, 1978, it shall be unlawful for any person to construct, install or alter any permanent or temporary swimming pool without first having obtained a permit therefor as required by this article as hereinafter set out.

(b)

No permit shall be required for the construction, installation or alteration of a wading pool.
