§ 6-453. Violation; abatement by building department.

Any person who violates any provisions of this article or who operates a pool in any unsafe or improper way or has incorrect installation, operation, maintenance and/or use as so defined in this division shall also constitute a violation hereof, and the building department may abate such violation by means of a court action.
