§ 6-27. Designation of regulated flood prone hazard areas.

(a)

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Flood Insurance Study (FIS) entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Wayne County" and dated February 2, 2012 and the Flood Insurance Rate Map(s) (FIRMS) panel numbers 26163C0526E, 26163C0527E, 26163C0528E, 26163C0529E, and 26163C0535E and dated February 2, 2012, are hereby adopted by reference for the purposes of administration of the state building and construction code, and declared to be part of Section 1612.3 of the Michigan Building Code, and to provide the content of the "Flood Hazards" section of Table R301.2(1) of the Michigan Residential Code.

(b)

All other ordinances inconsistent with the provisions of this section are hereby repealed.
