§ 44-827. Height of public and semipublic buildings.
Latest version.
The height of public or semipublic buildings, churches, cathedrals, temples, hospitals,
sanitariums or schools shall not in any case exceed 50 feet, and if the height of
any such building exceeds the height allowed in the district concerned, then any such
building shall be set back from all lot lines not less than one foot in addition to
the required yard dimensions for each foot such buildings exceed the height allowed
in the district concerned.
