§ 44-407. Side yards.

(a)

In R-3 districts there shall be provided a side yard on each side of every multiple-family dwelling which shall be not less than 15 feet with an aggregate width of both side yards of not less than 30 feet.

(b)

Yards required for a multiple-family complex shall be as follows:

Buildings front to front or rear to rear	70 feet
Front to side or rear to side	50 feet
Front of building to parking lot	25 feet
Rear or side of building to parking lot	10 feet
