§ 44-50. Boundaries of districts.

  • Unless otherwise shown, the district boundaries are the centerlines of streets, alleys or the subdividing or boundary lines of recorded plats, or the extensions thereof, and where the districts designated on the map accompanying and made a part of this chapter are approximately bounded by the centerlines of streets, alleys or the subdividing or boundary lines of recorded plats, such lines or the extension thereof shall be considered to be the district boundaries.
