§ 42-4. Interference with flood control property and equipment.

  • (a)

    Damages to dikes. It shall be unlawful for any person to cause damage to any dike, seawall or flood-protective structure constructed or established to prevent flooding of property located within the city.

    (b)

    Removal of dikes. It shall be unlawful for any person to cause the removal of any dike, seawall or flood-protective structure constructed or established within the city to prevent the flooding of property.

    (c)

    Trespass. It shall be unlawful for any person to trespass upon any dike, seawall or flood-protective structure constructed or established within the city to prevent the flooding of property.

    (d)

    Removal or damage to pumps. It shall be unlawful for any person to remove or cause any damage to pumps or equipment placed on public or private property to prevent the flooding of property located within the city.
