§ 38-21. Duties of director of public works.

The director of public works shall have charge of reading all meters and shall keep a record of all meter readings. He shall keep accounts of the charges for water and sewage disposal service furnished to all premises, whether upon a meter or flat rate and shall render bills for the same. The director shall have such other duties as are provided by the city.
