§ 36-320. Penalty for violations.

Except as otherwise mandated by the rules and regulations promulgated by the state police pursuant to the Michigan Administrative Code, a violation of the provisions of this article shall be penalized as provided for in each specific section. Should a penalty not be provided for in a specific section, a violation of the provisions of this article shall be penalized by a fine sufficient to deter further or future violation, but not to exceed the sum of $500.00 for each separate offense.
