§ 36-118. Parking on private property; violation as a civil infraction.

  • (a)

    No person shall park any vehicle on any private property in the city without the express or implied consent, authorization or ratification of the owner, holder, occupant, lessee, agent or trustee of such property. Complaints for the violation of this section shall be made by the owner, holder, occupant, lessee, agent or trustee of such property or by the city police department.

    (b)

    A person who violates this section is responsible for a civil infraction.
