§ 36-25. Traffic bureau and parking violations bureau.

(a)
There is hereby established a traffic bureau and a parking violations bureau within
the city to accept pleas of guilty for such traffic offenses as authorized by the
judge of the district court within certain prescribed statutory penalty limitations
and to handle parking violations within the city.
(b)
The personnel and operation of the bureaus are to be under the authority and supervision
of the presiding judge of the district court.
