§ 34-28. Duration.

Latest version.

This article shall remain in effect and shall not terminate as long as the federally-aided or authority-aided mortgage or advance or grant from the authority remains outstanding or unpaid, but not more than 50 years; or the authority has any interest in the property; provided that construction of Gibraltar Manor commences within two years from the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived.
