§ 34-20. Federal housing project exemption not to apply.

Except as otherwise provided by ordinance, the provisions of section 15a of Public Act No. 346 of 1966 (MCL 125.1415a) establishing exemption of certain housing projects financed with a federally-aided or authority-aided mortgage from the general property tax shall not apply to all or any class of housing projects within the city's boundaries and limits.
