§ 30-57. Review procedure; construction board of appeals.

If a permit is refused, suspended or revoked, the applicant may appeal to the city construction board of appeals within ten days of the denial, suspension or revocation. The construction board of appeals shall, after proper notice to all parties, hold a public hearing concerning the refusal, suspension or revocation. After the hearing, the construction board of appeals shall either affirm, modify or reverse the decision of the engineer or building inspector.
