§ 26-91. Accumulation prohibited.

No person shall permit garbage or rubbish to accumulate upon his premises beyond a regular collection day and it shall be the duty of every person in charge of the premises to properly prepare all garbage and rubbish and place it out as required under this chapter for the next regular collection.
