§ 22-463. School premises; trespassing.

It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or remain in any public school building, or to enter or remain on the property of any public, private or parochial school, except when in attendance as a regularly enrolled student, teacher, administrator or employee, or when engaged in a school sponsored or permitted activity.
