§ 22-400. Definitions.
The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
Model glue means any substance containing a toxic chemical or organic solvent or both, having the property of releasing toxic vapors. The term "model glue" includes, but is not limited to, glue, acetone, toluene, carbon tetrachloride, hydrocarbons and hydrocarbon derivatives.
