§ 22-89. Larceny—Stealing property of another.

  • No person shall commit or attempt to commit the offense of larceny by stealing or attempting to steal the property of another, any money, goods, chattels or any bank note, bank bill, bond, promissory note, due bill of exchange or other bill, draft, order, certificate or any book of accounts for or concerning money or goods due or to become due or any other thing of value, within the city.
