§ 22-65. Possessing instruments for commission of crime.

  • All persons upon whom shall be found any instrument or thing used for the commission of burglary, larceny or for picking locks or pockets, or anything used for obtaining money under false pretenses and who cannot give a good account for their possession of the same, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
