§ 18-26. Notice of noncompliance.

  • In the event the administrator finds that a property owner is not in compliance with this article, he shall notify such property owner in writing by both of the following means:

    (1)

    Posting the notice on the property which is not in compliance.

    (2)

    Mailing the notice to the property owner's last known address, as indicated on the city's tax rolls, by certified first class mail.
