§ 18-21. Statutory authorization.

The legislature has delegated through its statutory authority certain responsibility to local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety and general welfare of its citizenry. Therefore, the city does ordain and adopt the following as necessary to ensure the health and safety of its citizens.
