§ 14-143. Responsibility of all persons to ensure satisfaction of article provisions; voluntary agreements.

All persons are encouraged to cooperate with the city to ensure that the requirements of this article, rules promulgated pursuant to this article, and stormwater construction approvals issued hereunder are satisfied. Whenever possible, the city shall attempt to enter into voluntary agreements to resolve violations of this article, rules promulgated pursuant to this article, and stormwater construction approvals issued hereunder.
