§ 14-106. Authority.

This article is enacted pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act of 1972, 33 USC 1251 et seq., as amended; part 31 of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act (MCL 324.3101 et seq.), the Voluntary Stormwater General Permit (MIG610000) issued by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality pursuant to part 31, the Land Division Act (MCL 560.101 et seq.), the Drain Code of 1956 (MCL 280.1 et seq.) and the Mobile Home Commission Act (MCL 125.2301 et seq.).
