§ 10-1. Regular elections.

At each regular city election to be hereafter held on the Tuesday succeeding the first Monday in November, in every odd-numbered year, there shall be elected a mayor for a term of two years, three councilmen for a term of office of four years, and such additional number of councilmen as may be required to fill vacancies pursuant to provisions of section 5.6 of the Charter.
